Swirling Active Region on the Sun (June 2020)
Description
This swirling active region on the Sun's surface shows not only a small sunspot, but also bright spots which could be the beginnings of a minor flare.
This H-alpha view courtesy of a double-stacked Lunt 100 and a 3x barlow.
